1)REP. OFFICE IN TANZANIA

      SRBG’s Office in Tanzania was established in November 2006 upon approval of Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce. It is a member of Association of China-based Contractors in Tanzania with eligibility to bid in Tanzania, and a permanent Class 1 qualified constructor registered at local Contractors Registration Board (CRB) in Tanzania. The Office engages in contracting highways, bridges and other municipal projects and equipment leasing.

2)CO LTD. ERITREA

      SRBG’s Office in Asmara was established in Eritrea in March 1995. Guided by the strategy focusing on “contract performance, promise keeping, friendship building and brand image building”, it has participated in many infrastructure construction projects in Eritrea and been acclaimed as embodiment of Chinese speed, Chinese quality, friendship with China and Chinese spirit”. The Office has successively completed municipal road project in Massawa, first and second phases of Gala Road Project, Haidi Road Project in Massawa, EU Road Improvement Project, Beier Eye Hospital Building Construction Project in Asmara, Eritrea Mailafei Technology University Building Construction Project, Municipal Water Supply and Sewage Project in Sembel Residential Complex, Asmara, and Eritrea Hamai Maluo Agriculture University Expansion Project. The Office made and entered into a contract for a water supply project in Sembel II Municipal Project in Asmara with Central Region Government of Eritrea in June 2015. It had good preparation for establishing Kerkebet Mining Joint Venture in partnership with Eritrea National Mining Co., Ltd., and the joint venture was established and commenced prospecting in the mining area in 2014.

3)REP. OFFICE IN PHNOM PENH

      SRBG’s Office in Phnom Penh was established by Board of Directors and Party Committee of SRBC based on deliberation upon approval of Ministry of Commerce of China in October 2010. The Office is established to expand SRBG’s market in Southeast Asian market, undertake engineering projects and manage investment projects in foreign countries, and expand markets

4)MIDDLE EAST GEN. TRADING FZE

      Middle East Trade Company of SRBG was established in 2004 in JABEL ALI Free Zone, Dubai. Principal activities: 1. Engage in import & export and entrepot trade based in Dubai; 2. Offer services and support to SRBG’s other projects in Africa and Middle East leveraging Dubai’s favorable location and market advantages.

5)Sichuan Road and Bridge Deutschland GmbH

       was established in March 2015 with registered place in Saarlouis, Saarland, Germany. Main activities since its establishment include provision of engineering technology service and commercial support for Norway E6 Hålogaland Bridge and Norway Beitstasdsund Bridge Project, expansion of business in Germany, collection of business information and seeking various cooperation.

6)SRBG REP. OFFICE IN NORWAY (NUF SRBG Oslo in Norway)

      founded in 2014 with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce, is chiefly engaged in foreign project contracting and foreign investment project management, market development, etc. The Norwegian Hålogaland Bridge completed and opened in 2018 is the largest spanning suspension bridge in the Arctic Circle, which serves as a vital shortcut for the European route E6 (main north-south road connecting Norway and Sweden’s west coast). The project currently under construction includes the Norwegian E-2 Beitstadsundbrua Bridge project, with a total length of 580 meters.
