Ya'an-Kangding Expressway Luding Dadu River Grand Bridge, as a key control project of Ya'an-Kangding Expressway, is a reinforced concrete superposed girder suspension bridge with main span of 1,100m, needing to overcome high intensity seismic region, disordered canyon wind field condition, high and steep slope geological fracture, extreme large span of suspension bridge and other world-level technical problems, titled as "The First Sichuan-Tibet Bridge". It is a "Super Engineering" in China bridge field.
